These terms govern the use of the Klarlicht Atelier website and the provision of lighting design services by Klarlicht Atelier, Bahnhofstrasse 71, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland.
Klarlicht Atelier provides architectural lighting design, specification, and consultation services as described on this website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.
Consultations may be booked via our contact form, email, or telephone. A confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the appointment. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice may be charged at CHF 220/h.
Published prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Design fees are due upon acceptance of the project proposal. Fixture procurement and installation costs are quoted separately.
All lighting plans, specifications, and design documents remain the intellectual property of Klarlicht Atelier until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use the documents for the specified project only.
Klarlicht Atelier provides design and specification services. Electrical installation is performed by qualified electricians engaged by the client. Our liability is limited to the design fee paid for the relevant project, except in cases of gross negligence.
